One to one

It’s not always convenient to join a mindfulness training group, even though that is a great way to cultivate this skill.

Therefore I offer one to one training based on the book, ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World.’ This follows an eight week structure which has proved to be an effective way of learning mindfulness. Like any skill, mindfulness takes time to cultivate and I can provide the support and encouragement to help you do this.

Instruction can be arranged to suit the individual. This may be a combination of face to face meetings plus telephone or skype contact. An initial face to face meeting is preferred.
